The Midweek Mutiny: Middle Distance Runner

Wow! So we are headed to DC this week, for a romp with Middle Distance Runner. They are going to introduce themselves, tell you a bedtime story, let you in on a few secrets and have a contest. Stephen will also talk about great lyricists and Ian will play a game of love and hate.

Before I let these morons take over my site for the day, I wanted to say a few things. These guys may have a strange sense of humor (just wait) and may all be porn stars or angels of death, but let's not forget about the music. With Plane In Flames, they have produced one of the best DIY albums of the year. They bust their asses on promotion and have a killer live show. It really is a pleasure to have them and I hope that you will enjoy this. Listen closely, because I have a feeling that this will not be the last that you hear from them.
