Brass Bed

Louisiana’s Brass Bed just announced a few east coast tour dates (none near us, sigh) and released their debut album, Midnight Matinee. The slightly psychedelic bunch have some Flaming Lips and a little bit of The Kinks going on. They will be touring on their own this time, after already having won over parts of the south while touring with Colour Revolt and Oakley Hall. Anyone heading up to CMJ can catch them on Oct. 23.
