Mobley's Beautiful Mistake

Mobley is a rather new band from the always bountiful Austin, TX scene and they just released their debut, 2/3 EP. The disc is a solid first statement for the band and it is highlighted by the soaring "A Beautiful Mistake." Complete with multi-layered instrumentation and vocals, the song is instantly accessible, yet it unveils new layers with repeat listens. It will be interesting to see where the band goes from here, but this is a nice place to begin.
