Tour de Tower

So as all of you probably already know, Tower Records is going out of business in about a week. They'll be completely gone - which is a sad, sad thing for independent artists everywhere, as Tower consistently stocked large amounts of releases from independent labels.

Consequently, their entire stock of CDs is at least 70% off, if not more than that. Of course, this means that a lot of material has been pretty picked over - but as I found tonight, there is still more than enough to be found in the stacks. So I proudly present my Tour de Tower - music that I found today for 70% off, and that you can probably still find if you go and check out a store near you.

The list:

Aloha - Some Echoes
  • Brace Your Face
Antony and the Johnsons - I Am A Bird Now
  • You Are My Sister
Beck - Guerolito
  • Heaven Hammer (Missing) (Air Remix)
Clearlake - Cedars
  • Can't Feel a Thing
The Delgados - The Complete BBC Peel Sessions
The Doors - Live in Philadelphia '70
