ACL Pre and Post Shows: Thursday and Friday

If 12 hours or so out in the Texas sun enjoying the best music this side of the Colorado is not enough, some bands are playing all over town after the lights go out in Zilker Park for more entertainment possibilities. I am going to list these out by date up to and including Friday. (Saturday, Sunday and after come later). Some bands are playing the festival, but those in support may not be, so if there is someone you missed, didn't get enough of, or just didn't play that afternoon, get your tickets now!



Thursday at Emo's: The Polyphonic Spree, Enon and Tokyo Police Club. How this is an Official ACL Pre-Show, I have no idea, since none of the bands are actually at the festival. But it is definately worth checking out.



Thursday at La Zona Rosa: Ben Kweller.

Thursday at Stubbs: Thievery Corporation

Friday at La Zona Rosa: Guster and Gomez I may still be going to this show. Depends how I feel after 10 hours outside in the Texas heat.



Friday at Stubbs: The Shins and The Black Angels

Friday at The Parish: Particle
